U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk gave the keynote address at the 30th Annual 5th Congressional District of Maryland Black History Month breakfast. He talked about the contributions of past civil rights leaders, and the responsibilities of parents and communities to help American children succeed in today’s globally competitive environment.
