The House National Security Subcommittee chaired by Representative Steve Buyer, R-Indiana heard testimony from current and former U.S. Army officials concerning the recently released report on sexual misconduct in the U.S. Army. Togo West, Secretary of the Army, also testified about the report and its implications. Other witnesses appearing before the committee were General Dennis Reimer, Army Chief of Staff, Brigadier General Evelyn Foote, Senior Review Panel on Sexual Harassment-Vice Chair, Lt. General Jared Bates, Office of the Secretary Inspector General, and Major General Richard Siegfried, Senior Review on Sexual Harassment, Chairman. close
