Ms. Sailor moderated the session and introduced a videotaped message from President Bush to the Chamber. She and other administration officials talked about policy toward minority-owned businesses, tax changes, community development programs, federal procurement and other topics. After their prepared remarks the panelists answered questions from members of the audience.
