Ambassadors from various Middle East nations spoke about the proposed “road map” to peace offered by the Bush administration and how to implement steps included in the plan. Among the topics they addressed were levels of U.S. involvement in the process, holding the cease fire in the region, and the creation of a Palestinian state. Following their remarks they answered questions from the audience.
