President Obama spoke at a town hall meeting in Charlotte, North Carolina, about policies affecting women in the workplace, including pay equity and family and medical leave. President Obama also spoke about his proposal to increase the federal Child Tax Credit and expand the Earned Income Tax Credit. After his opening remarks he responded to questions from moderator Lisa Stone and members of the audience.
