Stephen Sestanovich talked about his book Maximalist: America in the World from Truman to Obama, in which he argues that there is no such thing as a golden age of American foreign policy. He said that since World War II, U.S. foreign policy has been wavering, uncertain, and plagued by internal conflict. Professor Sestanovich spoke at Columbia University in New York City. close
