As part of the third annual Homeland Security Law Institute, the panelists talked about maritime and transportation security and the lessons learned about the impact of transportation workers' identification credentials on security. After their presentations the panelists responded to audience members' questions.

Henry White is a member of the Department of Homeland Security’s Advisory Committee on Commercial Operations of Customs and Border Protection. Admiral Watson is the U.S. Coast Guard Director of Prevention Policy for Maritime Safety, Security, and Stewardship. close
