Katherine Mangu-Ward talked about her Reason Magazine cover story, “Your Vote Doesn’t Count,” and she responded to telephone calls and electronic communications. She argued that while voting is widely thought to be one of the most important things a person can do, the reasons people give for why they vote are flawed, unconvincing, and sometimes even dangerous.
