One day after the White House announced a $400 million aid package for Gaza and the West Bank, President Mahmoud Abbas spoke about the future of the Middle East peace process. In his first public remarks on U.S. soil, President Abbas said the primary demand of the Palestinian Authority was an end to the Israeli blockade of Gaza.
