Toasts were made at a congressional inaugural luncheon in Statuary Hall. President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden were presented official inauguration photographs, crystal bowls and other memorabilia at the ceremony. Following the luncheon toasts and ceremony, guests mingled until the president left to review the troops prior to his trip to the White House.
