Founder and CEO of Operation HOPE, the nation’s first non-profit social investment banking organization, he is also vice chair of the U.S. President’s Advisory Council on Financial Literacy. He presented his five laws of love-based leadership: loss creates leaders; fear fails; love make money; vulnerability is power; and giving is getting. He discussed his philosophy with Bill George and Andrew Young. Topics included the economic crisis, the future of capitalism, the role of entrepreneurship, the role of government, and views on the Obama administration.
