Senator Mitch McConnell(R-KY)

talked about campaign contribution limits, free speech, and the 1976 Supreme Court decision in Buckley v. Valeo, which approved a $1000 limit on campaign contributions and said contributions were considered a form of free speech. He also talked about the role of issue advocacy advertising. After his comments he answered questions from the audience.
