Panelists talked about the scope of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, the 2010 financial regulations law. Scott Alvarez and Richard Osterman discussed the status of the implementation of the law. Peter Wallison argued that the law went too far, should be repealed, and was stifling economic growth and recovery and creating uncertainty. Dennis Kelleher contended that the law did not make enough reforms. close
