Freelance journalist David Axe was in the Kurdish region of northern Iraq. He spent one day visiting Shaqlawa Technical Institute in the resort town of Shaqlawa just north of Erbil. Inside the institute, Mr. Axe interviewed Mr. Mohammed and Ms. Ahmed. Mr. Khedir translated and scenes were shown from inside classrooms of the Shaqlawa Technical Institute.
