U.S. Military Action in Libya Resolution Markup

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee marked up a resolution introduced by Senators Kerry (D-MA) and McCain (R-AZ). It authorized U.S. military action in Libya for one year and barred U.S. ground forces, except in rare cases.
