Larra Clark talked about the technological services provided by libraries to their communities as reported by the Public Library Funding and Technology Access study. She reported an increase in use of technological services such as Internet access to government services and employment opportunities. Topics included the types of assistance requested from librarians and cuts in services and operating hours resulting from the economic conditions.
She was interviewed at the 2010 American Library Association Annual Conference, held June 24-29, 2010, at the Washington Convention Center.
