In his first appearance before the Liaison Committee, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown answered questions about foreign policy, U.S.-U.K. relations and constitutional reform. The Liaison Committee, which meets about twice a year, is made up of the 30 chairmen of the House of Commons Select Committees. The Prime Minister does not see the questions in advance. close
