Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan talked about the life and legacy of her friend and former colleague Justice Antonin Scalia at the Tenth Circuit Judicial Conference in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Joining her in the discussion was University of Notre Dame Law Professor William Kelly, a former law clerk to Justice Scalia and his friend, Leonard Leo, executive vice president of the Federalist Society.

Justice Scalia was nominated to the Supreme Court in 1986 by President Reagan, confirmed by the Senate 98-0. He died in February at the age of 79. close
