Political scientists and historians debated the foreign and domestic policies of former President Ronald Reagan and assessed him as a president, communicator, and man. Topics included Reagan’s concern with trends in constitutional understanding; the recent embrace of Reagan by liberals, and whether the Reagan era is over.
