Senate Leaders McConnell and Reid on Health Care

Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) first wished Billy Graham a happy 95th birthday. Then he talked about Health and Human Services Secretary Sebelius' testimony the previous day about the implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
