Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli talked about the suit filed by his state challenging the federal health care law, and he responded to telephone calls and electronic communications. The suit, which contends the law is unconstitutional because it require the purchase of health insurance, will be ruled upon by the end of the year.
