Ralph De La Vega spoke by remote link about issues of interest to the wireless industry including the FCC�s efforts on network management (or �net neutrality�), as well as concerns from some in Congress about early termination fees and the future of wireless devices. Mr. De La Vega is also the incoming Chairman for the CTIA-The Wireless Association, the leading wireless industry trade group in the U.S.
