This ceremony was to present the biennial Outstanding Individual Kovler Award given by The Kolver Institute on Black/Jewish Relations of the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism. The award recognizes the accomplishments of an individual who has brought together black and Jewish groups within a community to fulfill a vision of transforming and enhancing America’s future. This year’s award winner was Mr. Arnold Aronson. Rev. Flowers and Rabbi Leder of Los Angeles received the award for outstanding program, which is also recognized under the same standards. All award winners gave remarks. close
