As a part of “Lowell Celebrates Kerouac,” students at Lowell High School, where Kerouac went to school, discussed Kerouac’s writings. Winners of last fall’s Kerouac poetry-writing contest read from their work. Panelists Marion, Smith, and Carradini gave their perspectives of Kerouac and Lowell. Then they answered audience members' questions.
