Mr. Jeffers discussed his biography of decorated World War I and II hero, Theodore Roosevelt, Jr, published by Presidio Press. According to Mr. Jeffers, Theodore Roosevelt, Jr., known as Ted, is an authentic American hero whose achievements have been overshadowed by those of his father. In addition to his military career, Ted helped to found the American Legion and served as the appointed Governor of both Puerto Rico and the Philippines. The presentation included an actor portrayal of Teddy Roosevelt, Sr. and a question and answer period.
