Japanese Opposition Leader Toshiki Kaifu talked about the way the government handled the recent Kobe earthquake. Prime Minister Murayama then rebutted the response. The Japanese earthquake struck January 17th. It hit an economic zone that includes the business center of Osaka, Japan’s third largest city, and Kobe, the sixth largest city and Japan’s second largest commercial port.
