Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda spoke to the press about the G-8 Summit that he chaired in Hokkaido, Japan. He focused on climate change and the agreement to try to cut greenhouse gas emissions 50 percent by 2050. He also took questions on African development, Zimbabwe, North Korean nuclear talks, and Japanese abductees.
