Elizabeth Grieco and Audrey Singer talked about the demographics of the foreign-born population living in the United States, and they responded to telephone calls and electronic communications. Topics included their quantity, countries of origin, and location in the U.S; employment status and health insurance coverage; and those who have children under 18 and living in intergenerational households. The guests also discussed the recent decline in immigrants from Mexico, visa allotment, the naturalization and citizenship process, and border security.
