Andrew Liveris, chairman and CEO of the Dow Chemical Company, argued that in order to restore America we need to restore its manufacturing base. During this event at the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Liveris responded to questions from members of the audience. He was introduced by former Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell.
