Karen Pollitz talked about Health and Human Services Department efforts to help consumers understand their insurance options as the new health care law is implemented. Among the new tools from the department is a Web site that shows all insurance policies for sale in a market. Following her remarks Ms. Pollitz responded to audience members' questions.
