Witnesses representing several inspectors general testified on what was being done within their departments and agencies to identify and address the abuse of government-issued credit cards. Witnesses agreed that abuse of government purchase cards was a problem in their agencies and that more needed to be done to manage employee compliance with the 2012 law regulating card use. close
