U.S. General Norman Schwarzkopf and Saudi Lt. Gen. Sultan spoke to reporters after meeting with Iraqi military commanders to work out the details of the cease-fire in the Persian Gulf war announced by President Bush on Wednesday, February 27. Lt. Gen. Khalid Bin Sultan reaffirmed Gen. Schwarzkopf’s optimistic review of the meeting, saying the Iraqis agreed to every request of the coalition forces' demands. close
