Kim Phillips-Fein spoke about her book, Invisible Hands: The Making of the Conservative Movement from the New Deal to Reagan. In the book she recounts a history of the modern-day conservative movement as she examines the businessmen who cultivated a culture that denounced New Deal legislation and championed the free market. She responded to questions from the audience following her remarks.
