Russell Roberts talked about his book Invisible Heart: An Economic Romance, published by MIT Press. The book is a look at business, economics, and government regulation through the eyes of two fictional characters. One believes in the ideals of capitalism while the other relies on government protection for consumers and workers. The book is the author’s attempt to explain modern economics and the marketplace through the characters' fictionalized relationship. After the presentation, the author answered questions from members of the audience. close
