A conference on nuclear nonproliferation, panelists talked about a congressional report conducted by the Carnegie Endowment titled Abolishing Nuclear Weapons: A Debate. Among the issues addressed were a recent test launch of a North Korean missile and the potential impact of North Korean missile development programs on international security. They also focused on President Obama’s call for further nuclear disarmament and U.S. military capabilities. The panelists responded to questions from members of the audience. close
