Adjudicatory Subcommittee of the House Standards of Official Conduct Committee Chair Zoe Lofgren announced that the ethics inquiry would be shortened and the subcommittee would meet in a closed executive session to consider 13 charges against Representative Charles Rangel (D-NY).
