As part of the “National Media Forum on Poverty, Inequality and Race: 40 Years after the Kerner Commission,” journalists and media experts talked about the lack of media coverage of poverty, inequality, and race in the U.S. After their presentations the participants questioned each other and responded to audience members' questions.
