After introductory remarks by Citizens Against Government Waste President Tom Schatz, Heritage Foundation Federal Budgetary Affairs Fellow Scott Hodge and Taxpayers For Common Sense Executive Director Ralph DeGennaro provided various poignant examples of irrational government activities and examined the proper role of government and the private sector in U.S. society.
