Deborah Hamilton, of the LBJ School of Public Policy at the University of Texas and who served in 1973-74 on the legal staff of the Judiciary Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives on the impeachment inquiry of President Richard Nixon (R) spoke at an event on the subject of impeachment. She talked about the movement to impeach President Nixon, the investigation into potential impeachment proceedings, and the historical use of impeachment against top officials. Following her remarks she answered questions from the audience. close
