Foreign ministers from various countries participated in a Pan-American dialog on U.S. immigration policy. In the second of three sessions they focused on Latin American concerns about U.S. migration policy, proposed reforms being considered by the U.S. Congress, and needs of Latin American citizens in migration reforms.
