Aleksey Obukhov addressed the press corps that had gathered at the international press center on the Intermediate Nuclear Forces Treaty that had just been signed by President Reagan and General Secretary Gorbachev. He offered his assurances that the process of disarmament would be verifiable. After his statement Mr. Obukhov answered questions from the press.
