Queen Elizabeth II marked the 60th anniversary of her accession to the throne with an address to a joint meeting of Parliament as part of her Diamond Jubilee celebrations. The ceremony included speeches by both the Speakers of the House of Lords and House of Commons. Both houses of Parliament presented the Queen with a Diamond Jubilee window, set to be installed above the north door in Westminster Hall.
