Smith College government professor Brent Durbin talked about the history and impact of women in the CIA, from the World War II to the present. Following his presentation, a panel of female CIA staff members talked about their experiences working for the Agency. The panel spoke about the efforts of senior staff to include more women in leadership roles, and the continuing challenges unique to women in the CIA and other intelligence agencies. close
