The House voted to sustain the President’s veto of H.R. 4328, to provide for orderly imports of textiles, apparel, and footwear. The House voted to suspend the rules and pass S. 1413, to settle all claims of the Aroostook Band of Micmacs resulting from the Band’s omission from the Maine Indian Claims Settlement Act of 1980. close
