This Session of the U.S. House of Representatives began with One Minute Speeches. The House moved on to consider new standards on the type of bankruptcy a person can file. Most debtors who could repay at least 25% of debts over three years would have to file Chapter 13. The House continued with a vote on a resolution to help make mammograms more available to women over 40. Other resolutions discussed and or voted on were Mexican Sewage, Nazi-seized assets, a child nutrition program, Medicare Home Health Care Payment Payment System, Taiwan and World Health Organization, Country Music, Charter Schools, Salvage Cars and Disclosure Laws, Naming a Maryland Post Office, Temporary Fiscal Year 1999 Spending, and Police Officers in School. close
