Also the House agreed to the Senate amendment to H.R. 1860 Federal Land Exchange Facilitation Act of 1987 returning the measure to the Senate. In addition the House insisted on its amendment to the Senate amendment to H.R. 1226 to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
