Nursing Home Bankruptcies

The Senate Special Committee on Aging held a hearing on Nursing Home Bankruptcies. Witnesses testified about a growing number of nursing homes filing for bankruptcy, providing adequate care for Medicare patients and the costs that nursing homes face.
