Attorney General Eric Holder announced that five Guantanamo Bay detainees will be tried in federal court in New York City. Among the detainees was Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the alleged mastermind behind the September 11, 2001 attacks on the U.S. Attorney General Holder also said he would ask prosecutors to seek the death penalty for all five 9/11 suspects. He also answered questions from reporters.
