Mark Iwry testified at a hearing on the Affordable Care Act employer mandate that requires companies to offer health insurance to their employees. He said that the Obama administration had not determined if it had the authority to delay the enforcement of the individual mandate. He also told committee members that final regulations on reporting requirements for employers had been simplified, and he said he disagreed with criticisms that the regulations were too complex. close
