The U.S. Agency for International Development unveiled a new global health strategy to assist in its implementation of President Obama’s Global Health Initiative to address major health challenges worldwide. The Global Health Bureau’s Assistant Administrator, Dr. Ariel Pablos-Mendez, said a key component of the strategy is producing efficient results, even during times of fiscal challenges. Other components include aligning programs, partnering with wide range of actors, and countries and more investments in technological innovation. close
